My experience spans SaaS, banking, education and consumer products, including UX leadership at Les Mills. Through UserXD, I work alongside product and engineering teams to modernise platforms, simplify complex workflows and turn research into practical designs.

I help set UX priorities, align stakeholders and plan the research and design work around your product goals. I work alongside your existing team, bringing senior guidance, design reviews and practical support for important decisions.
I research user needs, map complex journeys and develop wireframes, prototypes and responsive UI. User testing and early reviews with product and engineering help refine the design before development.
I create reusable design patterns and help teams set up practical AI and agentic workflows for exploration, prototyping and documentation. Design reviews and coaching help your team apply those foundations, with human judgement and validation guiding the work.
Work with me through ongoing fractional support, a focused project or two-week design sprints. I agree priorities, scope and review points with you upfront, then adjust the plan as your product needs change.
